Compact UV Transilluminators

The model E3200 UV Transilluminator offers a larger viewing surface of 21 x 26 cm to accommodate larger gels or multiple small gels. High powered, 14-Watt UV bulbs provide exceptional sensitivity, so the smallest quantities of stained nucleic acids can be visualized. The E3200 also features a control knob for continuous adjustment of the UV intensity and optimization of the fluorescent signal.

The E3100 UVTransilluminator has a surprisingly small footprint (smaller than a piece of paper), and modern design. The viewing surface – 16.5 x 13.5 cm – is large enough to accommodate a mid-sized gel or multiple smaller gels. The E3100 is perfectly suited for use with our SmartDoc™ Imaging Enclosure and filters (sold separately) for gel imaging with a smartphone. Use filter E5001-UVBLOCK for best results when imaging SmartGlow™, SYBR® or ETBR stained gels.
